CIB - ReEntry Program - Investment Banking & Corporate Banking
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 2024, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business.
Corporate & Investment Bank

Global Corporate Bank (GCB)
The Global Corporate Bank manages J.P. Morgan's overall relationships with large corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations globally to solve problems for clients and help them to grow. We help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in financing, risk management, working capital, cash management and investments. Clients benefit from dedicated coverage provided by experienced corporate bankers, who deliver the firm's extensive product platform and presence in more than 60 countries worldwide. We leverage the capital strength of JPMorgan Chase and extend credit to help clients grow their business
What We Look For:
Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.
The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Investment Banking or Global Corporate business areas. Individuals with previous experience operating at Associate or VP level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply.
CIB will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
