As Operations Service Delivery - Business Process Solutions Vice President you will work in a vital area in our broader Operations department, and will be among the main points of contact for Investment teams for operational activities across all products for the International Private Bank

Job responsibilities

  • Ensures an optimal client experience when reviewing and facilitating complex operational queries, building and designing solutions for business challenges
  • Builds and maintains relationships with internal Business stakeholders, Including Client Advisors, investors Bankers and operational teams
  • Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the bank's operations remain competitive and compliant
  • Is a point of contact for key business stake holders Client Advisors, Investors and Client service, from an operations perspective
  • Provides first class service to the investment teams by helping triage all trading issues that occur. Reports to the investments business of key themes to help improve the user and client experience
  • Displays a solutions driven mind-set, find solutions to business issues and use data to communicate the results/tell the story

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong experience leading Banking Operations teams, with a primary focus on Private Banking Operations/ Client Service
  • Strong understanding of the Operations ecosystem- controls, reconciliation, documentation, and operational risk management
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues
  • Ability to effectively maximize delivery of business goals and returns on investment
  • Relationship Management and being able to build relationships with Senior Stakeholders is a priority
  • Proactive approach, can take ownership and adapt in a flexible environment where creative and strategic thinking are required in driving solutions, initiatives and projects
  • Ability to identify complex issues and react effectively, whilst helping to resolve problems
  • Controls and risk focused with the ability to analyse processes and ensure suitable levels of controls are in place

  • Experience in process re-engineering
  • Data analysis experience
