As a Fund Servicing Senior Associate in the Investment Middle Office Servicing team, you will liase directly with clients via OTM, Email, Zoom or in person to resolve their queries which could relate to a number of different instrument types. You will act as an escalation point for client issues and take ownership of issues and manage end to end resolution. You will also ensure understanding/awareness of IBOR (Investment Book of Records) Management and reconciliation; as well as partner with clients to understand their priorities and book of change

Job responsibilities

  • Manages a small number of team members;and a point of escalation for all incoming and outgoing client queries across a varied range of products (including but not limited to Equity, Fixed Income, ETD, OTC, CFD, Cash)
  • Partners with MBM teams to ensure that client SLA’s are met; and contributes to / attends regular client meetings both in person and virtually
  • Performs trend analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced control
  • Creates/oversees MI Collation, Incident Reporting and Client Operational Review deliveries
  • Builds strong working relationships with JPM internal teams and external third parties
  • Liaises with external third parties – brokers, custodians, transfer agents and vendors; as well as develops client relationships to understand their fund structure, trading behaviours and strategies
  • Is aware of market changes and developments that could impact clients; and involvement in new fund and product launches; as well as driving projects designed to enhance and improve existing processes and systems
