Job Responsibilities

EMEA Investor Access Team is responsible for arranging corporate and expert access events for our equity and credit institutional investor clients and also provide Investor Relations services to the firm’s corporate clients. In this role, you will provide support to the team with a focus on execution of the originated corporate access product. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• You will work on scheduling the 1:1 and small group meetings at our EMEA conferences
• You will be gatekeeper of procedures for our conference product
• You will produce and regularly update Investor Access Presentation Materials
• You will work on updates to the yearly global events guide
• You will work on non-deal roadshows
• You will arrange investor trips in Europe, including booking meetings with corporates
• You will help execute Investor access events

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• You bring strong front office administrative experience and knowledge of the capital markets
• You bring Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word proficiency
• You demonstrate good judgment – decision-making is your strong point
• You have strong interpersonal skills – you listen and communicate in a direct, succinct manner
• You are detail oriented and self-motivated
• Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time market pressures and easily remain focused on client needs
