As Regulatory Project Manager in Regulatory Operations team you will lead and manage large-scale projects within the bank, specifically focusing on changes related to regulatory compliance and operations.
Job responsibilities
- Drives initiatives from conception through to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills
- Ensures that all projects align with regulatory requirements and bank standards
- Collaborates with various departments to understand and integrate regulatory changes into daily operations
- Utilizes effective project management strategies to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Executes projects autonomously, efficiently managing resources, timelines, and budgets
- Prepares and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive experience in project management, with a significant portion in a banking or financial services environment
- Proven track record in operations management and navigating regulatory landscapes
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to banking and financial services
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex projects independently
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
