You’ll be responsible for delivering thoughtful user-centred solutions to complex business and technical problems and shaping the next generation of our digital tools. Working as a valued member of a multi-disciplinary delivery team, you’ll be involved in complex projects with client impact, collaborating with product and technology professionals in a fast-paced and engaging environment.

About the role:

You will…

  • Drive and deliver engaging, thoughtful user-centred design solutions to complex business problems and shaping the next generation of our digital tools
  • Help grow and foster a high-performance design team by being accountable for overseeing the implementation of the standards across product suites, and be a champion for Design
  • You will collaborate with other product designers, development teams, sales teams and product owners; you’ll play a key role in helping us realize the vision; and define the next generation of user experience
  • Actively participate in design strategy and product definition, roadmap planning in a multidisciplinary environment with product, design and tech partners
  • Work closely and present your work to stakeholders, product and technology teams to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, agreed and implemented as specified

About you:

You are…

  • Passionate about design and have the ability to articulate the value of the design process in the development of products and services
  • Experienced in delivering design solutions in complex business domains, working closely with Product & Development teams
  • Constantly pushing your limits and searching for opportunities to become better, and comfortable receiving feedback and critique, building on the ideas of others
  • A cross disciplined collaborator who values teamwork and can build strong partnerships with business and technology partners
  • Highly proficient with design tools such as Figma and comfortable designing at different levels of fidelity

The Markets Design team includes 40+ practitioners spread across 3 locations. We partner across the delivery process to reduce delivery risks and improve client and business outcomes through user-centric design, helping to improve contextual understanding, problem definition, solution design and the realization of new capabilities and tools that future-proof our organization, defend market share, enhance automation capabilities, unify workflows and processes and promote the adoption of digital services across our Markets businesses.
