Job Summary
You are an experienced Operations professional with proven leadership experience within a Financial Institutions environment. You will be responsible for the management and leadership of the Operational Service Delivery team, who are accountable for ensuring excellent levels of operational support to the EMEA client base.
As the Operational Service Delivery lead you will report into the EMEA Head Of Collateral Management Operations and partner directly with the line of business Product, Client Service, Technology and Operational Control representatives, Business and Operations stakeholders, as well as the range of clients utilizing the Collateral Management program.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager within the Collateral Management arm of Trading Services you will:
- Lead the newly created Operational Service Delivery teams supporting the entire EMEA client base and implement a strategy to ensure client satisfaction through delivering an excellent level of client service across functions.
- Drive a culture of excellent client service to drive a consistently high client satisfaction rating across the business.
- Develop a program to identify process enhancements and streamline operational processes to reduce risk and increase scalability.
- Manage and coach your teams to develop SME’s, build a strong succession plan and retain key talent.
- Build strong internal relationships with global stakeholders across business teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- You will have a strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, the regulatory environment and impact on business strategy: Significant work experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably with experience in Operations, Governance/Controls & Client Service.
- You will possess strong and effective communication skills
- You will have the ability to consistently deliver work of a high standard, and to tight timelines
- Actively demonstrate accountability, responsibility, and ownership for own objectives and team deliverables
- You will have the ability to influence and work with others to achieve objectives.
- You will be able to build and maintain productive, collaborative working relationships with colleagues at all levels, across, partners, stakeholders and support functions in order to achieve results.
- You will have demonstrable experience managing multiple teams and coaching for success.
