The Legal Entity and Regulatory Change team manages the Firmwide Business Resiliency Legal Entity (BR LE) Framework and regulatory change for Firmwide Business Resiliency. The BR LE Framework is a recently introduced framework which outlines an oversight and governance model for JPMC Legal Entities to identify, manage and comply with Business Resiliency associated requirements (both regulatory and internal). In addition, the team has responsibility for monitoring and reporting on key regulatory changes and assessing impact to Business Resiliency.

Job responsibilities
- Review Business Resiliency (BR) regulatory obligations assigned by the firm’s Office for Legal Obligations (OLO) program and evaluate against the Firmwide BR Policy and BR Standards
- Support implementation of the BR Regulatory Change operating model, to include:
- Interact with key stakeholders at all levels to appropriately identify, review and disposition regulatory requirements
- Perform thematic analysis of regulatory requirements to inform the FBRT LE Team strategic change pipeline
- Support FBRT LE Team on all LE Framework and regulatory change matters (where required)
- Identification of regulatory changes and reviewing for impact to Business Resiliency
- Maintaining an evergreen central inventory of regulatory changes
- Evaluate reg changes against the Firmwide BR Policy and BR Standards
- Monitoring for updates on regulatory changes to ensure change statuses remain current
- Reporting regulatory changes to key stakeholders

- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience in the financial industry
