This is an exciting opportunity to work in Payment Operations EMEA providing business support to the senior leadership team.

As a Jobshare Payment Operations EMEA - Business Support Associate in our Payment Operations team, you will have the exciting opportunity to provide business support to the senior leadership team. This role offers the flexibility of a job share, where two people share the responsibilities of the role on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for completing & responding to executive ad-hoc requests, organising complex information, creating management presentations, and communicating effectively with key business partners & stakeholders.

This role requires excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, as well as the ability to perform data analyses and visualisation.

This role is a Jobshare (part-time hours where 2 people share the responsibility of the role) if this is the flexibility you need this could be the role for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Create management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
  • Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
  • Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrable ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving an agenda
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
  • Ability to perform own data analyses and visualisation (MS Excel, Alteryx, Tableau)
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
