Join the Investment20/20 program at JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm. You'll gain exposure to Asset Management and contribute to our success through a 12-month traineeship. As an Investment20/20 Program trainee within JPMorganChase, you will experience a diverse range of projects and tasks, offering you growth and a comprehensive introduction to our business. This 12-month fixed-term program is designed to provide you with valuable on-the-job experience. You'll need to be available to work full-time (in office), starting in early September 2025, for the entire duration of the program. We offer exciting traineeship opportunities across various business areas, with a particular focus on Client Services and Operations. This is a fantastic chance to immerse yourself in the industry and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job responsibilities
- Help with daily tasks like document management, team governance, and data reporting.
- Be involved in projects from beginning to end, assisting with process documentation, automation, and simplification.
- Perform daily responsibilities in line with department procedures.
- Support and take charge of process-oriented tasks.
- Oversee key tasks and ensure projects meet high standards.
- Aid your team with service-related issues and ad-hoc requests.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Availability: Able to work in the office 5 days a week.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with others.
- Request Management: Ability to handle both internal and external requests efficiently.
- Prioritization and Multi-tasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks and setting priorities.
- Teamwork: A natural inclination toward working in a team-based, collaborative environment.

Program Period

Upon completion of the program in August 2026, successful trainees will be eligible to transition into permanent positions.

If successful after HireVue the next recruitment step is zoom interview.
Final recruitment step for all that advanced after initial screening, HireVue and zoom interview is an in person Assessment Centre. The Assessment Centre for candidates successfull in prior recruitment stages will take place on 2 May 2025.
