You will communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. Your work will help ensure the business can withstand and recover from disruptions with minimal impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive the delivery of the Business Resiliency and Operational Resiliency programs across Markets, ensuring Firmwide, Markets and regulatory compliance and consistency.
  • Lead and support cross-line-of-business initiatives, including identifying and prioritizing resiliency gaps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across business units to effectively drive collaboration and ensure successful delivery of objectives.
  • Partner with Firmwide Resiliency Office (FRO), Markets Operations, and the Firmwide Simulation Utility (FSU) to plan and execute Essential Service simulations and scenario testing.
  • Collaborate with Essential Service Managers and Resiliency Plan Managers to document playbooks, coordinate simulation testing, and support CPOF (Critical Point of Failure) asset testing.
  • Perform quality control reviews of resiliency plans and essential services, ensuring closure of open concerns and validation of potential vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of weakness and risk, and drive remediation actions to strengthen resiliency.
  • Utilise data and management information systems (MIS) to monitor disruptions, identify risk areas, and prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory exams, audits, and compliance activities related to resiliency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in resiliency and contingency capabilities, particularly for connections to critical Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs) and third parties.
  • Implement integrated business–technology risk governance and develop policies, standards, and resiliency testing frameworks, including after‑action reviews and remediation tracking.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong product knowledge and experience within Markets Operations or business management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple objectives and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
  • Experience with governance routines, risk assessment, and regulatory expectations.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering concise reports, dashboards, and senior-level presentations.
