CCS Content Area is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Content Automation Team. The Content Area is one of the Product Areas in Candy Crush Saga creating new gameplay and experiences for our players. We are a multidisciplinary team of about 60 people.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Senior Product Manager interested in accelerating the Content area’s tool and automation efforts to build a world class experience for our internal teams, as a part of the Content Business Unit in Candy Crush Saga.
The Tools & Automation team provides the underlying tools and automation capabilities for the internal teams to deliver the best possible gaming experiences for millions of players around the world. We are striving to have the best experience for our players and also for our internal teams (of designers and game developers) who are creating the moments of magic for our players.
A successful candidate should thrive in a fast paced environment with stakeholders across different teams and departments to lead the work of driving the automation of the tools and workflows for the Content Area to the next level.
As a Senior Product Manager in the Content Area, you will:
Identify important opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organisational strategies and goals, and seek alignment across various stakeholders
Build, drive and develop and implement the product strategy working closely with the Engineering, Level Design, Content Area Teams and Shared Technology teams
Provide stakeholders with regular updates on initiatives and features to secure buy-in, feedback and support
Lead product discovery and development activities in partnership with Engineering and UX
Work together with Machine Learning team to incorporate ML into today's workflows and to set common goals for outcomes and vision for the future
Build an outstanding team environment which fosters innovation, collaboration and continuously evaluates and improves its ways of working
Define, measure and improve key metrics that inform the success of our products and tools
Contribute to the overall product organisation development
Skills to Create Thrills
Product management experience with owning Workflow as a product, preferably within automation
Passion for building products that people love to use
Experience or interest in creating product with focus on game developer experience (Designers and developers)
Experience or strong interest in Machine Learning as a part of automation
Driven by having an impact on your product, for the users or the system and for your team
Capable of conveying a product vision to a range of different audiences and different part of the organisation
Ability to create agreements across different teams and stakeholders with good communication skills
Experience in creating and scaling development teams in line with scaling the scope of the outcomes needed to support the business
Skeptical, curious, and analytical. In a word: scientific
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong quantitative analysis skills and a history of supporting data informed decisions.
Reliable scheduling/time management skills.
