Your Mission
As the BISO for King, your mission will be to create meaningful engagement with our Business Unit and Technology Partners. We do this by aligning strategic initiatives, sharing material changes, and operating with transparency. This person will work with IT, studios, and the Shared Tech Organization to understand their ABK Information Security needs. This person will be instrumental in sharing the services offered by ABK Information Security and soliciting feedback regarding initiatives that we should start, stop, or continue to provide.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Able to establish direct lines of communication with ABK leaders.
Recognized ability to operate in highly matrixed organizations.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate highly technical security concepts to a wide range of recipients with various technical acumen.
Proven ability to develop relationships, understand the unique challenges of each business unit, and develop a shared vision for how security can help meet their business needs.
Able to influence key stakeholders, gain traction on strategic security initiatives and progress adoption of those security initiatives.
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
Extensive experience managing Information Security teams.
Extensive knowledge of the gaming or entertainment sector.
Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL, MOF…etc).
Be able to effectively translate security needs or concerns into actionable initiatives within the business and technology partners.
Strong problem-solving, analytics skills and a business mindset.
Expert Excel skills and experience with building/running reports and analyzing and manipulating data.
Strong communications skills with the ability to succinctly convey messages to varying audiences.
Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make well-informed decisions.
Extra Points
Extensive experience in an engineering role.
Established relationships within the ABK CTO community.
