ElectriX takes drivers on a journey of electric car discovery, from helping people decide on whether an electric car is right for them, through to understanding how to charge an electric car, and what it will cost to own and run one. Our vision is to help people make an easy and informed switch to an electric car through provision of market-leading products and services – all in one place. We now need an exceptional marketing executive to help us to deliver extraordinary marketing campaigns to build customer engagement and trust, and drive sales.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our London office (WeWork with Flex).
In the role of ElectriX Campaign Manager you’ll help to drive forward an exciting new strategy to build on the momentum we’ve already started with ElectriX, our new electric car proposition.
You’ll help deliver our marketing strategy, developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns from helping to execute paid media, social, emails as well as optimising offline channel opportunities, for example exhibitions and 3rd party events to generate leads and drive sales.
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Lead and working closely with the ElectriX content team, you’ll help plan and deliver a range of exciting marketing activities and initiatives. You’ll engage with agencies and internal teams to achieve great results, and ensure marketing is aligned to the parent company’s standards. You’ll keep up with trends through competitor analysis to ensure we secure our position as market-leader.
You’ll be well versed in using CRM systems like Salesforce to build both B2C and B2B campaigns. You’ll be able to demonstrate your experience of using email platforms and journey mapping to optimise customer response. Experience of using dynamic content in email as well as onsite campaign tools such as Cheetah to improve contact capture will be advantageous.
Effectively using analytics and insight to drive decisions (knowledge of Google Analytics desirable) and improving site usability and site performance working together with the UX and Analytics team.
You will provide project support to the team on social media initiatives and campaigns where necessary and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure alignment of message and approach where appropriate.
Where required you will provide direct support with event management including exhibition support, webinars and presentations.
With at least five years’ marketing experience, and educated to degree level, you’ll be best placed to join our growing ElectriX business to develop and drive forward new campaigns. Your CV should evidence your previous marketing experience.
You’ll have an analytical mindset, a commercial outlook and be target and results driven.
You will be comfortable working with Office 365, SharePoint, and content management and CRM platforms, with experience of campaign build and coordination. You will be able to manage your own time and complete multiple tasks / assignments with potentially competing deadlines.
You’ll be an experienced digital marketer and have a digital first mindset.
