We’re looking for a Third-Party Claims Resolution Consultant, based in our Ipswich office. You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for outstanding customer service, and you’ll also be an empathetic listener who can adapt your style to get the best outcome for your customers. Previous experience is great, but what’s more important is attitude, work ethic and great written and verbal communications skills.

Are you a brilliant communicator with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for people like you to join our motor insurance division as Claims Handlers. Ours aren’t your average Claims roles - so you won’t find any tough targets here. Instead, you’ll find support at every turn, plenty of fun along the way and great benefits, including: 24 days’ holiday, a competitive pension, discounted retail vouchers and 25% off our general insurance products. Want in? We thought so.

This role is a Hybrid working role that can be based in Bournemouth/Ipswich or Leeds.

The salary for this role is £21,630 for 35 hours per week

About you

You’ll spend your time on the phone to customers about their motor insurance claims. You’ll have your own caseload of claims that you’ll manage from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible. Your customers will be innocent third parties in 100% fault claims, so you’ll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our customers and our business, playing a vital role in helping people get back to a normal way of life.

You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for outstanding customer service, and you’ll also be an empathetic listener who can adapt your style to get the best outcome for your customers. Previous experience is great, but what’s more important is attitude, work ethic and great written and verbal communications skills. We’re looking for brilliant team players who can deal with challenging situations, so if you’re proactive, constructive and organised, we’d love to hear from you

For the first five weeks you will carry out your initial training from home. Following this, you’ll work 35 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. Hours include 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
