About the Role The Details
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the HR/Finance/Electrix teams, specifically including, but not limited to approving Electrix car applications, providing accurate data to payroll teams for employee salary sacrifice deductions, administering employee changes and reporting to relevant teams.
Dealing with any overpayments and advising Electrix.
About You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dealing with confidential data and GDPR compliance.
- Ecperience of payroll processes and systems.
- Able to commuincate effectively to all levels of the business and to external parties.
- Working knowledge of Mircosoft Office.
Qualifications required
- AAT (entry level)
- 2 Years’ experience in Finance
The Details
- Field incoming car salary sacrifice enquiries from the wider business.
- Coordinates reconciliation and processing of invoices for Finance.
- Regular monitoring of changes in employee status and eligibility
- Regular pre-order checks to ensure eligibility
- Decision making for main payroll related queries
- Supports Electrix team with administrative elements of day-to-day functional operations.
- Where necessary, supports users with car fleet enquiries/escalations from outsourced provider.
- Liaise with HR and line managers when required on individual employee scenarios to ensure suitable solution for employee and employer is reached
- Develop an agreed protocol and templates to manage incoming data and management information requests
- Develop into, and be identified as, a subject matter expert within this area
- Provide car salary sacrifice information and guidance to the HR community and Comms Team as required
- Build an effective network with key contacts inside and outside the company
- Work with external car scheme provider against agreed service levels including issues identified within HR
- Answer any employee queries on car salary sacrifice scheme
- Advise Electrix when employee changes occur e.g. leavers/maternity/paternity/long term sickness/absent from company
- Advise payroll/HR teams when changes occur which may impact monthly car payroll deductions
- Liaise with employees where necessary
