The Claims Product Owner will use the agile methodology where appropriate.
Where agile, the Claims Product owner will work with the Scrum Master and other team members, will have responsibility for delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, business benefit as defined by the GI and claims portfolio strategy, vision and roadmap. Where appropriate and necessary for effective delivery the Claims Product Owner will work and co-ordinate with Product Owners and others in other Agile Release Trains such as Digital, Direct, Broker and Data Science.

-
Review and prioritise the backlog as part of the overall planning stage, considering dependencies with other product owners both in Claims and as necessary in Digital, Direct, Broker etc. During the planning session with other product owners, be the source of story detail and priorities and take responsibility for agreeing the plan.
-
Take sole responsibility for accepting stories as done and ensure that each story meets the acceptance criteria and meets the definition of done.
