We have some fantastic opportunities for experienced Senior Project Managers to join our Project Management community. These roles will work within our General Insurance portfolio which covers all of the Business Areas that we support such as Retail, Claims, Broker and Specialty and there will be opportunities to work across the whole portfolio.

Its an exciting time of change at AZP with a busy change roadmap and a variety of significant projects underway, collaboration is key. You will be an integral part of this evolution, keeping our customer-centric approach and putting the heart back into insurance as we develop new propositions from idea through to customer launch.

Working in an agile environment, you will be bringing energy to our strategies on key change for the business. This is a dynamic and fast-moving place to work, and with so many moving parts, you will need to be engaging, persuasive and the glue that holds different teams together.

You’ll be part of a highly-motivated team helping to ensure the business delivers its key strategic business goals, working with stakeholders to ensure we achieve the AZP vision to be the Best Loved..

About You

At AZP we thrive on working collaboratively, with each other and always with our internal and external customers at the heart of what we do. Good communication, both written and verbal is important, to lead and deliver the requirements of the projects you will become part of. You will thrive in multi-stakeholder projects, and be comfortable adapting your approach and language to work with colleagues of various disciplines and seniority.

You will already be a competent and effective Project Manager with a proven track record of managing large scale projects, and you will be able to apply that experience to your project teams as you support them.

You will be used to interacting with senior level stakeholders, presenting opinions and options, solving problems and influencing outcomes.

Ideally, you will have extensive experience managing projects, and have worked with a range of project/programme management frameworks inc. Agile, and this should be clearly evidenced in your CV, along with information of any Project Management qualifications held. You will have a good range of projects in your work history, and it would be a great advantage if you have worked across Financial Services before, particularly Insurance. You may have people management experience, but this is not essential and you will be comfortable working with external third parties and partners including technology providers.

Ways of Working

We are delighted to confirm that we are now a hybrid working business. Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home for up to 3 days per week and come into our office for 2 days – longer if you prefer to work in an office. The role can be based at our LV=GI Bournemouth or Croydon office.
