Working as PMO Support you will be responsible for maintaining the management information on projects and analysis in the capability projects portfolio. Accurate and timely updates is the key to ensuring that the projects can deliver on its promises to its sponsors.

Duties include:

  • Provide effective and efficient support to Head of Group Projects and the portfolio team with management and financial reporting using internal systems and processes.

  • Provision of project level administration and accountancy support.

  • Use of in-house accountancy / reporting software as well as Excel and other systems.

  • Recording and management of project information, timeframes and record of events.

  • Tracking updates and progress against agreed timeframes.

  • Arrange internal and external meetings and liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Support with preparation of documentation and presentations for Executive/ Leadership meetings.

Candidate Specification :

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft and other commonly used software.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a demanding, high performing, fast paced environments.

  • A systematic approach to work using processes to achieve consistent results.

  • Reasonable level of numerate literacy.

  • Good organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and consistently demonstrates a high degree of administration accuracy.

  • Ability to work well under pressure remaining calm and focused.

  • Passionate about assigned responsibilities.

  • Ability to balance demands and priorities and think clearly under pressure.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
