The Global Reward Analyst will be delivering compensation analysis and admin support across multiple countries to help the Reward Centre of Excellence to deliver the reward strategy. This role is crucial to building reward expertise within the People function and there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in a range of diverse projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis.
- Making salary and benefit survey submissions to support global benchmarking.
- Developing and maintaining salary structures.
- Creating complex data models and interrogating data.
- Providing compensation insights and analytics to key stakeholders.
- Supporting cyclical group reward activities (salary, bonus reviews and share scheme).
- Providing administration of some group reward schemes.
- Assisting with development of job architecture framework.
- Providing support on a range of ad-hoc reward projects.
The role would suit an experienced Reward Analyst who wants to develop their reward career within a complex global business.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and evaluate information from multiple sources.
- Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines.
- Familiarity with surveys and job levelling (Kornferry/Mercer/WTW etc).
- Experience of working in matrix organisations preferred.
- Global compensation and benefits experience preferred.
- Able to build relationships with key stakeholders and partner with the business.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information.
- Ability to research various sources of information, summarise and communicate back.
