Senior Engineer (Project Manager) - Dams, Rivers & Geotechnics

We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil Engineer (chartered or equivalent) with a keen interest in project management to join our 100-strong Dams, Rivers and Geotechnics team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing major projects, workstreams and bids, coordinating inputs from diverse technical disciplines to harness the strengths of our technical teams and deliver on time and to budget.
You will work in close partnership with clients and contractors, building strong relationships that will enhance the company's reputation and help secure further work.
This role will present you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management and people skills through your project work, with great prospects for career progression as the business continues to grow.
Required for the position of Senior Engineer (Project Manager) - Dams, Rivers and Geotechnics
- Relevant Civil Engineering degree
- Chartered status (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in managing major projects and programmes of work including effective change control and management of multidisciplinary inputs
- Experience of delivering major bids.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to bring out the best in team members and liaise proactively with project stakeholders
- Professional experience in dams, reservoirs, geotechnics, hydraulic structures and/or river engineering advantageous
