- Significant experience of successful delivery of buildings and/or infrastructure projects
- A clear approach to the management of 'challenged' projects

- Experience of taking government projects through a business case would be beneficial, as would experience of working for contractors in the D&B environment
- A flexibility to work across the MOD estate within the geographical area of the Division
- Experience managing projects to high levels of financial (value for money), technical or political scrutiny would be beneficial
Candidates do not need to have Security Clearance currently in place but must meet the eligibility criteria to have the ability to apply for and obtain this to Developed Vetting (DV) level.
