Our Infrastructure portfolio is primarily a UK based business working in four key sectors of Rail, Highways, Land and Aviation. while supporting other parts of the infrastructure advisory business across the globe.

The focus of this exciting new role and opportunity is to work alongside an established infrastructure client, supporting large scale development schemes.

The role will require leading an established team of internal land referencing and land access consultants and managing all external land agency activities. The role will cover project management (forecasting, costing and programming), oversight of land referencing, land access negotiation and management of legal notices using statutory powers, compensation, valuations and settlements; site acquisitions by negotiation and managing land-related legal agreements.

Successful delivery of the role will require working closely alongside relevant project team members, including design and construction teams, procurement teams, and customer relation and stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Deliver all land related activities, on time and budget
  • Responsible for managing supply chain land agency partners and supporting them in managing opposing agent claims
  • Accountable for protecting the interests of the client organisation and minimising its liability in all Landowner related negotiations
  • Responsible for managing teams of internal land referencing and access consultants
  • Responsible for ensuring the needs of the project teams are met
  • Responsible for reporting KPI and dashboard information
  • Ensure health and safety, security, sustainability and environmental compliance
