We are looking for a collaborative and team-oriented Trait Introgression Scientist to join our dynamic R&D team. The incumbent would be responsible for traits upload and enrichment across the Nufarm Canola Breeding Programs.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
- Lead a team of 2 Research Technicians (Glasshouse) to conduct trait introgression projects for Key Canola traits using molecular markers and/or phenotypic assays.
- Design and coordinate glasshouse experiments to deliver Canola and Omega 3 germplasm for hybrid parent development.
- Collaborate with Breeders and Double Haploid Lab to accelerate priority genetic improvement.
- Collaborate with technology teams to apply and develop new trait markers.
