Pentalver’s strategically located off-dock facilities at Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway, along with our inland hub at Cannock, offer diverse container services such as road haulage, container storage, container maintenance repairs, refrigeration services and cargo handling. In addition to our terminal services, we sell new and used shipping and refrigerated containers, including bespoke modifications.

We are currently recruiting for a Steam Cleaner to join our team in London Gateway Depot (Stanford-le-Hope). As a Steam Cleaner you will be responsible for steam cleaning containers and keep the yard clean and tidy.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

• Steam clean containers.
• Maintain accurate log of those containers cleaned and update office staff accordingly.
• Ensure the M&R yard is kept clean and tidy.
• Maintain high standards of good housekeeping and quality.
• Maintain health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working with containers desirable
• Steam cleaning experience desirable
• Team player
• Mature approach to Health and Safety requirements
