The Opportunity
As Manager Consumer Segmentation & NBAI, you will help shape how PMI leverages AI-driven consumer segmentation to accelerate business growth and enhance consumer experiences across markets.
You will act as the bridge between global AI capabilities and regional business needs, ensuring that segmentation solutions are relevant, scalable, and deliver measurable impact. Working closely with commercial, consumer experience, analytics, and AI teams, you will drive adoption, enable implementation, and support markets in translating advanced analytics into business outcomes.
Your Impact
- Define and evolve regional consumer segmentation strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Adapt and scale global AI segmentation capabilities to meet market and regional needs.
- Partner with markets and regions to integrate segmentation into commercial and consumer engagement strategies.
- Translate business challenges into AI-driven use cases and implementation roadmaps.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and growth potential.
- Drive adoption of segmentation and Next Best Action AI (NBAI) solutions across markets.
- Establish and track performance indicators to measure impact on acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Support capability building through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and AI innovation roadmaps.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in analytics, data science, strategy, consumer insights, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of consumer segmentation methodologies and their business applications.
- Experience partnering with commercial or consumer experience teams to drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of databases, data modelling, and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience supporting AI or advanced analytics deployment and adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, strategy, consumer insights, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- Proven track record translating data and AI capabilities into measurable business impact.
