Joining IT Consumer

The IT Consumer and Commercial team plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. We are enabling digital services to our consumers and retailers by building platforms to communicate our vision to broader society. Together with talent from multiple business and technology functions across our footprint, we are delivering a premium experience for our consumers.

When you join this team, you will work in a dynamic, diverse and warm environment. You will be exposed to all stages of software delivery in a team combining experts across multiple fields from Project & Portfolio Management through to Architecture, Solution Management and DevSecOps.

Our portfolio consists of multiple cutting-edge technologies in Web, Commerce or CRM, enabling a truly seamless omnichannel experience for our consumers. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of cloud solutions and gain valuable hands-on experience working side by side with the top technology providers.

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will need to ensure the quality of the entire commerce and content platform. This require the setup of quality assurance strategy, defining tools, best practices and coordination with cross-functional agile teams to establish and maintain delivery quality.


  • Technical background in application engineering, infrastructure, and integration
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and CI/CD best practices and tools
  • Knowledge of Agile software delivery principles and frameworks
  • Passionate about learning to use various tools to identify functional flaws & performance bottlenecks.
  • Quality assurance background in XaaS environments - experience in test design techniques and test automation

  • Overall 8+ years of relevant software development work experience
  • Experience with automation tools (like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Pactum JS, Puppeteer, Cucumber)
  • Experience with test and defect management tools (HP QC/ALM, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr etc.)
  • Relevant professional testing certification (TMap/ISTQB/ISEB/CAT)
  • Advanced hands-on experience using open-source performance tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser web applications, micro services; familiar with JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience in QA role with a Adobe Experience Manager Or Similar CMS project and SAP Hybris is a plus


  • Designing QA Strategy for the Front-end solution (application and infrastructure on a cloud environments).
  • Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers and QA Engineers to derive proper use cases for functional & performance test data sets.
  • Performing QA practices assessments and due diligence activities for applications and products.
  • Ensuring Quality requirements in projects are fulfilled prior to going into service.
  • Supporting team members on designing and building Quality Assurance practices and tools; configure and perform load
tests to gather metrics.
