We have an exciting role for a successful SEO Manager to join the Digital team who are at the forefront of this change! In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the SEO and Content Strategy and development of all plans that affect the growth of the business’s organic traffic, in collaboration with our local SEO agency. Additionally, you will lead our Lead Generation function which will require a 360-activation process: bridging Web, Brand & Content, Brand Retail, Indirect Retail, and Global.

Your day to day
As part of your responsibilities, you will help in identifying SEO and Lead Generation opportunities, develop and execute strategy for the UK market, working in close collaboration with our EU team and local agencies.

You will also translate global strategies and initiatives to fit the uniqueness of the UK market, and ensure that all is in line with local market goals and objectives. As an integrated part of the overall brand and non-branded content plans, you’ll take ownership of creating a roadmap and content calendar.

Being an organization where consumer centricity is everything, you’ll ensure that our campaigns and interactions have the consumer at the core too, while focusing on delivering against unmet needs and opportunities. You’ll enable our consumers to receive the most appropriate information on our products and related searches in market, through implementation of strategy.

Reporting to the Manager Digital Activation, you will lead all aspects of the development of digital content briefs to ensure that the outputs are correctly scoped and delivered to meet SEO needs.

As a global organization, cross-functional collaboration will be key. You will have the opportunity to work with our headquarters and regional digital hub for alignment whilst maintaining local relevance for the UK market.

You’ll be guiding the Brand & Content and Corporate Communication teams, by supporting to produce content to include keywords or phrases to increase traffic to digital channels. You’ll also be collaborating closely with the Web team to update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings and delivering the execution of digital campaigns as part of our multi-category strategy.

Working closely with our local SEO and Lead Generation agencies, you’ll run their planned workload and make sure all administrative and budget related activities are looked after.

As part of your day to day, you’ll be conducting regular keyword research and take a data-driven approach to the creation of audience insights.

You’ll employ the use of several SEO tools such as Google Suite and Conductor to identify trends, issues, and opportunities and to drive improved keyword rankings. You’ll be responsible for the measurement of the effectiveness of Paid activity when relevant to Search.

About you
