For our UK Design team in London (UK) we are therefore looking for a UX Design manager.
The overall purpose of this position will be leading design processes, facilitating creative reviews and delivering strategic UX artifacts to market.

Key skills & Experience:
  • be accountable for the delivery of compelling design solutions from a navigation flow /experience/usability standpoint
  • distill and capture effectively design outcome in the documentation for the IT team to develop on the relevant technology stack.
  • be accountable to deliver hands-on design, lead design sprints, as well as co-creation and design leadership with design agency partners.

Design Methodology:
  • work effectively across functions to maintain the integrity of design intent, ensure high-quality output and deliver on expected timeline and scope.
  • ensure design concept desirability from a consumer perspective and feasibility from a technology & production standpoint with close collaboration with the Entrepreneurs, Brand and Development teams.
  • ground all design solutions in data & insights, CX desired outcome, channel business strategy, and strong consumer-centricity, delivering visible and measurable customer experience improvements

Design finesse:
  • integrate the latest standards & trends in interaction design into the web (or digital product) to create world-class intuitive, delightful, and easy-to-use experiences.
  • establish and drive solid UX Design strategy/practice across key programs.
  • consistently apply the UX design strategy on specific activities
  • communicate UX design solutions across program teams and with both internal and external teams.
  • bring visibility & advocacy of the UX design directions across peers / key stakeholders/sr. management
Ensure consistency with our design system and design principles in order to drive value in the production of a superior experience on our digital front-end channels.

We’re looking for someone with:
  • BA/BS and/or MA/MS in relevant design field. Additional marketing, digital, buz. mgmt. are a plus
  • Self motivated and strong communication skills, who is at ease collaborating within a team of diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • 5-8 years of relevant design experience (corporate / consultancy), with proven success cases in product to market.
  • Broad experience and deep knowledge of UX design methodologies, brand, web and native app design and project management.
  • A deep level of comfort with data and analytics to inform and influence design decisions
  • Understanding of agile delivery lifecycle and experience working with data/insight and development teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration, and who’s not afraid of corporate complexity
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, teams) (knapsack, zero height & supernova a big plus)
  • Deep knowledge of Design & prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InviSion, Adobe XD, Miro)
  • Exceptional skills for creative evaluation and proven ability to drive concept to execution flawlessly, with a strong eye for details and data driven design.
  • Direct working knowledge of frond-end content management systems. (AEM would be a plus)
