Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Conversion Manager is responsible for the management, planning and execution of our eCommerce corporate website, owned channels and testing. You'll be constantly looking at ways to improve our experience to encourage more visitors to find, explore, experience and buy, whilst working closely with our Marketing, Legal and External Affairs functions for the development of all digital content.

Your day to day
Leading a team of two, the role is responsible for looking at ways to create a seamless consumer experience through data-driven planning and managing web optimization so that the experience is consistently engaging, reduces friction and encourages purchasing behaviour!
You'll develop, lead, improve and deliver all of our digital owned media channels (ecommerce, digital shopper and digital out of home), demonstrating your expertise in user experience design, Information Architecture, Digital Design and Digital Content, Service Design and Measurement / Insight / Reporting.
Displaying and applying a strong understanding of the importance of personalization and performance marketing, you will collaborate with other digital marketing leads to deliver tactical initiatives through our Digital Owned Media.
You will manage and mentor the Digital Consideration team, supporting them in the delivery of campaigns and encouraging them to create whilst offering space to deliver. You'll have opportunity to collaborate with teams throughout PMI, including the Global Digital team, to deploy global assets locally, as well as brief local needs and share locally envisaged campaigns and assets.
You'll be able to explore new platforms' potential and relevancy to complement our existing assets and embed new ways of collaborating with other functions, using data to power insight and optimisation for our digital owned media activities.
Who we're looking for
- We are looking for someone who has a demonstrable background in ecommerce within global organisations, across diverse industries and ideally have worked in a business to consumer (B2C) environment.
- You are someone experienced in applying a test and learn approach to product evolution and a strong passion for doing the right thing for the customer,
- You’ll have experience across branded and campaign websites, SEO, digital engagement, mobile and apps, gained within an agency or client side.
- You'll ideally have experience in delivering digital implementation and innovation within Digital Owned Media consumer experiences.
- We are looking for and individual who has demonstrable experience in strategic implementation of digital owned media channels and technologies.
- Experience using testing platforms e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, and Adobe Target & multi armed bandit experiments are highly desired.

You'll be proficient in collaborating with a range of partners, both internal and external.
