We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing & Digital team on a 12-month Fixed term contract in our Hammersmith Office. You will be required to have the right to work in the UK to be successful in your application.
Your day to day
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for signing off on all Marketing and Digital content by reviewing these and making sure they are compliant and objectively of a high standard before releasing these to the external market.
You will also be devising, deploying and optimizing content & brand strategy, ensuring compliance to this strategy across all consumer touchpoints. On top of this, a key aspect of this role will be maintaining the brand guidelines for PML, ensuring they are up to date with global toolkits, as well as local best practice. Thus, ensuring all our consumer facing content is always on brand and consistent.
In this role you will be identifying and leveraging new marketing channels to grow our brand awareness. This includes our offline channels like direct mail, but also leading online lead generation (emails, 3rd party database) by working closely with acquisition team. This will ensure constant source of offline and online leads to help feed the top of the funnel. The role also requires end to end ownership of consumer PR and content creators. This involves working with agencies to deliver newsjacking opportunities to help drive word of mouth around the brand.
Finally, this role will also support by delivering key marketing campaign materials. Working closely with the brand content lead, this role will support by developing content on some key campaigns. This will involve writing briefs, managing agencies, assessing creative and delivering assets.
About you
- We’re looking for someone who is passionate about consumer needs and expectations, someone who has strong consumer knowledge, insight & analytics and can turn these into actions.
- To be truly successful, you’ll have a solid understanding of trade channels and digital engagement. You’ll have experience in planning integrated marketing communications, including content marketing.
- You’ll enjoy being creative about your approach and demonstrate curiosity in diverse ways of thinking to create new ideas to benefit our consumers/customers
- You are someone that works proactively to find solutions to problems, seeks continuous improvement and is not afraid to take calculated risks and adapt to changes quickly
