You will be a Manager of Customer Development in the Duty-Free team for the European and Latin America and Canada regions.

Your ‘day to day’
  • Lead terms negotiation with customers and all collaborators to ensure the deployment of the agreed plans and for the developed product portfolio strategy based on market dynamics (consumer demand, competitive actions...etc.),.
  • Explore new opportunities to drive business in untapped territories, prospect new locations and touchpoints in line with global channel development strategies and business priorities. Build business cases for assessing future growth potential.
  • Develop understanding of market trends, pre-empt competitors move and category development; capture, analyze and propose action plan based on consumer transaction.
  • Provide inputs to refine, enrich and validate a local pricing approach based on local and regional business dynamics (benchmarking against domestic pricing, local portfolio, consumer demand, competition, etc.); including recommendation for RSP and DSP and share it for approval of company’s Pricing Committee.

Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor degree in Business or relevant subject area
  • A combined experience of Key Account Management/ Business Development/ Field Sales/ Budgeting. With proven experience in key sales competencies like Volume Forecasting, Account Negotiation, Stock Management, Merchandising, Trade Terms Optimization, Scenario Analysis & P&L.
  • Excellent influencing & collaboration skills to foster partnership with retail customers to influence business decisions on behalf of company
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to quantify opportunities and assess growth potential
  • Good understanding of the FMCG business environment (consumer, competition, channels, partners)
