In this exciting role, you will be leading all tax matters for UK, Ireland and Channel Islands to ensure that there are streamlined and compliant tax processes in place!
Day to day
As our Tax Manager, you’ll be promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance in the Tax Operation function.
As the subject matter, you’ll enable best in class/efficient operational Tax processes for Tax reporting, Tax provision, transfer pricing, indirect and direct tax compliance which will include:
Building and fostering strong cross-functional relationships in the respective markets across the business (e.g., Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Operations) is key to ensure all relevant teams are joined up.
This role will require someone to be up to date with relevant legislation to manage effectively respective markets tax positions, tax audits, tax litigation and communication with Fiscal Authorities.
You’ll be responsible to ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax filings obligations in the respective markets, enabling timely payment and/or refund of all tax obligations.
You’ll be the point of contact in the business to provide internal tax advisory and ensure that respective teams in the organization are trained in the tax area to allow appropriate tax risk mitigation.

- Import/export processes
- US GAAP and Statutory tax accounting
- Income tax return preparation and filing Income tax payments
- Forecast reporting

About you
- We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager with proven record with ideally ACA/ATT/CTA or equivalent accountancy qualification.
- You’ll have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and strong tax reporting experience USGAAP/IFRS.
- Having knowledge of the evolving tax environment following BEPS and subsequent EU and OECD proposals is a nice to have!
- You are someone who is confident and can communicate with multiple stakeholders across the business.
