For our Integrated Brand team in the Global Studio, London we are therefore looking for a Lead Creative.

The overall purpose of this position will be the ideation and development of creative solutions for our Reduced Risk Products – replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products that we are currently developing, assessing and commercializing.

The ideal candidate will understand the creative role in marketing and have the strategic understanding and ability to combine both business and creative strategizing to drive our business objectives. This is essential to fitting in within our environment.

And it goes without saying that the winning applicant must be obsessive about big ideas, problem solving and making things look great.

You will:

• Lead the development of new ideas and creative content solutions in a team-first creative environment.
• Alongside the Creative Director you will help to mentor and cultivate a newly established, growing team of creative minded people so well that they can one day take your job.
• Deliver creative solutions based on sound strategic rationales together with a deep understanding of branding and content creation.
• Partnering in a cross-functional environment to ensure brand consistency.
• You will work in a fast-paced environment and be able to accept and act upon feedback in a speedy manner. Agility is key.
• Will brief and provide clear and concise creative feedback both internally and with our external partners that inspires creativity, innovative thinking and is focused on strong concepts and problem solving.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A conceptual thinker who is strategically-centered, wildly creative and obsessively meticulous.
• A command of visual and design principles with an unrelenting attention to detail.
• Ability to take high level ideas and turn them into unique visual styles and content centered around a purpose.
• A keen awareness of visual trends with your own stylistic range.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbally.
• High level computer skills with an expertise in Adobe creative tools that showcase your ability to bring your ideas to life. Experience in digital, video and other creative programs are a major plus.
