Be a part of a revolutionary change

At PMI, we’ve chosen to do something incredible.

With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver, better, brighter solutions in a space that allows you to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

The Smoke Free Product function is undergoing a critical overhaul as we look to transform into an agile, consumer-centric business that harnesses technological innovation to deliver smarter, science-backed alternatives to millions of adults around the world who would otherwise continue to smoke.

It is only by focusing on our strategic priorities and the right organization that we are fully enabled to deliver what matters the most for our consumers along their journey toward better alternatives to cigarettes - a smoke-free future.

Here, you can make a difference. You can craft the consumer journey, from discovery and acquisition through to conversion and loyalty. And you can watch your efforts lead to meaningful change for the benefit of adult smokers on their way to better alternatives.

You’ll develop your skills; collaborating across functions, markets and regions. If you want to play a part in driving one of the biggest societal changes of our time, there’s no better place!

For our team in London (UK) we are therefore looking for a Manager Digital Deployment.

The Manager Digital Deployment is responsible for managing all DCX deployment activities within the assigned markets. This role is crucial in ensuring that deployment projects are executed efficiently and effectively, leading to successful market engagement and onboarding. The purpose of this role is to oversee the deployment process, manage change initiatives, and ensure that digital capabilities are integrated seamlessly into the business operations. By partnering with local market Deployment Leads and managing the deployment plans and documentation, this role aims to drive the successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

You will:

  • Manage all DCX deployment activities for the markets in scope. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing the deployment process to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Lead market engagement and onboarding for deployment. This involves working closely with market teams to ensure they are prepared and equipped for the deployment, providing necessary training and support.
  • Oversee project management for all assigned markets. This includes managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead change management initiatives for the markets, focusing on both business and digital capabilities. This involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
  • Partner with local market Deployment Leads to ensure alignment and coordination of deployment activities. This includes regular communication and collaboration to address any issues or challenges.
  • Manage the deployment plans and documentation. This involves creating, updating, and maintaining detailed plans and documentation to support the deployment process.
  • Support escalation, resource needs from OC, and governance items. This includes identifying and addressing any resource gaps, managing escalations, and ensuring governance processes are followed.
  • Provide status reporting and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. This involves regular reporting to project management teams, market management teams, and program boards, as well as identifying and mitigating risks.

We’re looking for someone with:

Excellent Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders (OC/region/market)

Experience with SFP Commercial Channels/Functions: Relevant experience in commercial channels/functions.
