The Trade Marketing Manager (Pilots & Projects) is a project leadership role primarily responsible for the development, management, and execution of trade marketing projects and pilots across all trading channels. This position emphasises campaign and project management, coaching, people development, and excellence in execution, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. As a project, campaign and innovation leader within the Trade Marketing team, the Trade Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end multi category projects, ensuring they align with the business objectives to drive market share, brand equity and executional excellence.
Strategic Leadership in Trade Marketing
- Strategic Vision and Market Insights: Lead the strategic direction for trade marketing, utilizing market data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to shape channel-specific strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Brand Growth: Drive brand-building efforts for smoke-free product categories (IQOS, ZYN, VEEV) across channels, setting and overseeing KPIs to elevate brand adoption, category growth, and partner engagement in line with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the trade marketing champion in cross-functional teams, aligning strategies and fostering collaboration across brand, category, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
Projects / Pilots Leadership & Innovation Pipeline
- Project Management: Lead and oversee trade marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the overarching business goals and strategy. Develop project plans that define scope, timelines and objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and allocate resource efficiently, to ensure timely delivery and executional excellence.
