Future in Progress: Graduates Program

Start strong. Grow faster. Go further.

At Philip Morris Limited (PML), we empower our people to step into their career with confidence, curiosity, and encouragement to make an impact. We empower our graduates to develop their growth mindset, equipping them with skills and tools necessary to lead in a constantly evolving world. Our Graduate Program encourages innovation, collaboration, and bold thinking through business insight, emotional intelligence (EQ), and future-proof skills. By integrating these pillars into your journey, we prepare you to adapt to the future and actively shape it.

About the Future in Progress: Graduates program

Our 24-month cross-functional program is structured around three 8-month rotations. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum — including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons — high challenge, high support from mentors and senior leaders.

During your rotations, you could work in areas such as:

  • Smoke-Free: Join teams that develop our smoke-free products. Get involved in research and development, analyze markets and customer trends, and help shape product strategy and marketing before products reach our retailers and legal-age customers.
  • Commercial: Build practical experience bringing our products to market. Work in sales and marketing, grow relationships with retailers, learn territory management, and see how your work directly impacts our business results.
  • Corporate Functions: Contribute to strategic support areas such as corporate affairs, finance, marketing, people & culture, and strategy. Build professional confidence as you contribute to projects that drive our transformation.

What makes the program unique:

  • Work with teams across Europe and discover new cultures.
  • Build lifelong connections and a professional network.
  • Take on real responsibility and see the results of your work.
  • Grow with structured onboarding and continuous development.
  • Experiment and innovate in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Who can apply:

We’re looking for innovative, curious, and ambitious graduates who are fast learners, think creatively, take initiative, and thrive in dynamic settings. To be eligible for the Future in Progress Graduate program, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as business, digital, economics, finance, human resources, legal, marketing, political science, or equivalent experience or qualification.
  • A maximum of 3-years of post-graduation work experience.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Legal right to work in the country where your chosen program is located (without sponsorship).
  • Willingness to relocate abroad.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Agility and adaptability in a dynamic market.
  • Initiative and courage to experiment.
  • The ability to understand and apply commercial insights.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Only cvs / resume submitted in English will be considered

What we offer:

  • A dynamic and international work environment.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Access to world-curated skills and leadership development journeys.
