Purpose of the Job

The Digital Product Owner leads one or more products, aligning vision and roadmap with strategic goals. Acting as the main liaison between stakeholders and the product team, the Product Owner ensures delivery of valuable, customer‑centric solutions throughout the full product lifecycle.

This role covers two products:

  • Cross‑Platform Troubleshooting (CPT): Provides guidance for consumers and internal users when a device is not behaving as expected. Its objective is to help users resolve issues quickly and effortlessly through clear, step‑by‑step support.
  • Device Lifecycle Management (DLM): Acts as the connective layer between factory systems and commercial systems, orchestrating every stage of a product’s lifecycle—from production to purchase, replacement, and beyond.

Principal Accountabilities

Product Management: Align product capabilities with customer needs and strategic goals. Drive product adoption, standardization, and branding.

Demand Management: Evaluate and prioritize new demands. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable plans.

Backlog Management: Own and refine the product backlog. Define sprint goals and acceptance criteria. Ensure all work is linked to strategic initiatives.

Performance Management: Define KPIs and monitor service and product performance. Ensure compliance with IT methodologies and governance standards.

Delivery Management: Manage scope, risks, and dependencies. Oversee release planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management: Track budgets, support cost analysis, and ensure financial compliance.

Education
University degree with certificates in Agile at Scale (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.

Work Experience

  • Strong experience in a dynamic product or project management role (3+ years).
  • High effectiveness in managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle (3+ years).
  • Ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a complex matrix organization.

Other Skills (Function-Specific)

  • Project Management: Waterfall (PMBoK), Agile leadership and practices.
  • Business analysis techniques (BABoK), including Business Process Modeling Notation.
  • Knowledge of software lifecycle fundamentals.
  • Product discovery and design.
  • Cost/value and uncertainty management.
  • Stakeholder engagement and impact analysis.
  • Innovation, customer focus, and technical proficiency.
  • Continuous learning.
