Drive smarter marketing through automation, data and insight.

As a Marketo Specialist, you will own the day-to-day operation, optimisation and evolution of Adobe Marketo Engage across Softcat. Acting as the platform expert, you will support campaign teams in delivering effective marketing programmes while maintaining data quality, governance, reporting accuracy and operational excellence. You will also collaborate with Digital, Go-to-market, CRM and Data teams to track marketing performance through to pipeline and revenue, providing clear insight into campaign ROI and business impact.

As Marketo Specialist, you will:

• Build, manage and optimise campaigns, nurture journeys, automated workflows and behavioural communications in Adobe Marketo Engage.

• Own Marketo administration, governance, programme structures, lead scoring, lifecycle models, forms, landing pages and operational processes.

• Develop reporting and dashboards to measure campaign performance, engagement, pipeline contribution and ROI.

• Monitor Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations, working with CRM and technical teams to resolve data and system issues.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams, providing guidance on automation, audience strategy, measurement and platform capabilities.

• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and campaign performance while supporting the ongoing development of marketing operations.

We'd love you to have

• Extensive hands-on experience administering Adobe Marketo Engage and strong knowledge of its core functionality.

• Proven experience building automated nurture and demand generation programmes, with strong knowledge of lead management, lifecycle and scoring.

• Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and integrated marketing technology ecosystems.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign, pipeline and ROI reporting; Power BI experience is desirable.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales and Operations.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously. B2B technology experience and Marketo certification are desirable.

We also acknowledge that the confidence gap and imposter syndrome are a real thing and can get in the way of us meeting fantastic talent, so please don't hesitate to apply – we would love to hear from you!
