Be part of a team that enables business growth

You'll be managing Team Leaders and will be responsible for nurturing their development as well as implementing strategy for the Procurement Department.

As an Order Fulfilment Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Empowering and supporting Team Leaders with the daily management of the team; including resource/capacity planning, dealing with escalations from customers, other departments and suppliers.
  • Actively work with the wider Business Operations management team to achieve the business strategy and goals.
  • Providing regular updates to the Procurement Manager using data to evidence the efficiency of the Order Fulfilment team and identifying any impactful trends in advance.
  • Focus on development of others including succession planning and creation of personal development plans for more senior team members.
  • Performing regular management activities such as one-on-ones with Team Leaders, personal development plans, Pay reviews and Skip Level one to ones with the wider team.

  • Ability to manage performance of others whilst delivering critical feedback through consistent, honest, and motivational conversations.
  • Recognising the need to adapt your management approach to work with different team personalities to best enhance their motivation and work output.
  • Ability to problem solve queries and issues brought to you by others in the team.
  • Able to project manage; process, people, and resources to achieve company goals for team direction and the ability to utilise skills of others to support.
  • Demonstrating the ability to manage yourself effectively; embodying behaviours that align to company values and taking career ownership to develop your management skills.
