The Procurement department are responsible for processing all customer orders whilst achieving high standards of order accuracy. We are a highly motivated group of individuals who collectively work together to ensure that our reputation as a first-class Procurement team is upheld. Within the Procurement department, the Order Fulfilment Support team are responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the procurement department, sales, and our customers. The team support the order fulfilment processes to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, provide support to both Sales and distribution via busy shared inboxes while managing our relationships with suppliers.

As Team Leader for the Order Fulfilment Support team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the support function, ensuring the team continues to work cohesively and that service levels are achieved. Working with internal departments and external suppliers to promote continuous improvement of processes.

As an Order Fulfilment Support Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leaders with the daily management of the team; including resource/capacity planning, dealing with escalations from customers, other departments, and suppliers.
  • Performing regular one-on-one's; creating and managing buyer/senior KPI's whilst providing regular updates to the Order fulfilment Manager.
  • Ownership of the entire company outstanding orders
  • Focus on development of others including succession planning and creation of personal development plans for more senior team members.
  • Providing regular updates to the Order fulfilment manager using data to evidence the efficiency of the Order Fulfilment team and identifying any impactful trends in advance.
