Does the idea of innovating how to make doing business easier for our customers, appeal?

The primary purpose of this role is to respond very promptly and professionally to emailed queries received into a central eBusiness inbox. Typically, this involves answering queries, making configuration changes to permissions and settings for users, helping and advising both internal sales teams and external customers on eBusiness matters and generally supporting users of the platform.

You will receive support in the role from the current eBusiness Executive and eBusiness Specialist, to whom you report, as well as your other eBusiness Team colleagues.

You will be welcomed into a very successful, established team whose members are always positive, respectful, and supportive of one other.

Other responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all development aligns with High Level Designs / Business Requirements
  • Answering emailed queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions and solutions
  • Amending settings and permissions for users on the eBusiness platform
  • Supporting internal and external customers with their use of Softcat's eBusiness platform
  • Identifying issues that need escalation and/or diversion to other teams/departments and ensuring a response is given

  • This hire cannot be aligned to our London or Dublin offices
