Join our Public Sector Sales Support team
There are 40 members of the Public-Sector Sales Support team. All cover a variety of accounts managers, verticals, vendors and with Partner Alliance. There are a range of different support levels within the team. These levels cover & have experience in dealing with all Public Sector verticals. You will also be working alongside the Public Sector Partner Alliance Team who are based in Softcat's Manchester and Leeds offices. The team are responsible for managing relationships with Softcat's specialist Public Sector partners.

Support our Public Sector teams
As a Support Executive you will be working as an integral member of an energetic and ambitious sales support team. The role will involve supporting the Team in a wide range of sales and back office activities.
As Partner Experience Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Interact with other IT partner companies and distributors.
- Multinational Services Partner Manager
- Work as a team for Customers, Partners, and Account Managers in regard to the Partner Alliance Team invoicing and payment process.
- Processing and management of Softcat's Partner Alliance Team invoices.
- Dealing with general Customer, Partner and Account Manager enquiries.
What we need from you
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with customers and partners.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for fast turn-around times.
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve results.
