Join our Multinational Operations Team

The Multinational Operations Team sits in our Business Operations division. Following an international expansion, the team is rapidly growing to accommodate the growth of our global business. They are responsible for all procurement to facilitate our international customer's needs, including all Softcat exports from the UK.

Do you want to make change happen by joining a team that never stands still?

As an International Logistics Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Planning and coordinating international shipments with Softcat's sales team and logistics network
  • Working with international distribution companies and sales on order and customs queries
  • Responsible, alongside the wider team, for the management and distribution of requests into a shared mailbox
  • Preparing and ensuring all customs compliance documentation is completed and filed correctly per shipment
  • Administration management of Softcat export licenses and other tasks to ensure compliance across all shipments

What we need from you

  • Prior knowledge or hands on experience with international logistics or warehousing logistics is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Hardworking and conscientious with a willingness to learn and work as part of a busy team
  • Strong communication skills
