You will be joining Softcat's Customer Services Team in our Marlow Head Office. The Customer Services teams primary focus is to manage the returns process from start to finish and to assist with rectifying customer billing issues for set Sales Teams. Be part of a team that enables business growth
We are looking for a Customer Services Support Executive to complement the existing team, and to act as a support to our customers and sales teams. The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the returns process.
As a Customer Services Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing, storing and rotating stock according to established procedures in our and our partner warehouse, including regular stock checks.
- Responsible for the end-to-end processes of our non-returnable stock, including ability to place sales orders.
- Providing Proof of Delivery's for returns.
- Arranging collection of goods from customer.
We'd love you to have
- Someone who is highly organised with high attention to detail.
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to learn quickly and retain lots of information.
