We are looking for a Customer Story Manager, to be responsible for the growth of Softcat's Customer References, including case studies, contactable references and other forms of win stories. This is an exciting new role that will support Sales, Customer Experience, Technical and Operations teams to ensure we have high quality references available to win new customers and Sell more to existing customers.

As a Customer Story Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities to acquire high impact case studies in all formats
- Identifying and prioritising the need for case studies across the Softcat portfolio for different use cases
- Approaching account managers and customers to secure agreement to create new case studies
- Interviewing Customers and Account Managers, packaging relevant information for various use cases
We'd love you to have
- A proven record of Customer Engagement, providing an excellent service throughout case study collation
- Evidence of applying creative approaches
- Understanding of Softcat, our propositions and the organisations' structure
- The ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Results driven, articulate and persuasive
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
