Delivering seamless managed print solutions
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for investigating Managed Print support issues and escalating, where necessary, to the relevant internal team and/or 3rd party. As expected on any support desk it can be challenging but is also extremely rewarding when you see the issue through to resolution.
As a Service Desk Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting managed print tickets assigned by the Service Desk efficiently
- Collaborating with software and hardware third parties to resolve faults
- Managing ticket updates to customers, third parties, and vendors proactively through to resolution
- Meeting Support (KPI) Key Performance Indicators set by the Service Desk Team Leader consistently
- Maintaining incident ownership throughout its lifecycle to achieve satisfactory customer resolution
We'd love you to have
- Proven experience working in a service or supporting a managed print environment.
- General IT knowledge, with a focus on printing products.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to delivering excellent support.
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent literacy skills for clear and professional communication.
