This role has been created to provide senior-level support to our growing Services - Data & Reporting team. As a Senior Analyst, you will not only create and manage reporting related to our Tech & Services business (KPI & SLA reporting, trend analysis, and service portfolio) but also take ownership of key workstreams and act as a mentor within the team. You will work collaboratively to input into data governance, demonstrating an understanding of risk factors regarding data integrity and compliance. The role requires you to influence others, championing data stewardship and translating technical requirements into business value.

As the Data & Reporting Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Solution Development & Frameworks: Help with the development of the reporting framework and drive its implementation across all T&S teams, solving complex reporting challenges.
  • Technical Collaboration: Act as a liaison with IT teams to define requirements for tool development and technical capabilities, contributing specialist expertise to project proposals.
  • Customer Experience Strategy: Partner with the Customer Experience team to design and implement advanced reporting capabilities that enhance customer value.
  • Complex Analysis: Produce high-level reports to support operations, audit, compliance, and service portfolio activities, ensuring all risk factors are assessed and evaluated

We'd love you to have:

  • Advanced technical understanding and proven experience in developing complex solutions using: ServiceNow, Power Apps, Advanced Reporting creation in PowerBI (Data modelling, DAX, and visualisation expert).
  • Analytical Leadership: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify trends, mitigate risks, and derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Influencing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven history of building relationships and influencing stakeholders across the wider business.
  • Flexibility: Your role will require you to explore and stretch into many different areas and data domains, this is especially relevant as the reach and scope of the team increases.
