The Services Engagement (SE) department is a newly created team to support sales with the resourcing of all our services departments. It's an exciting function that sits within Services, built to meet the needs of our internal and external customers, and provide the best possible customer experience throughout the engagement with Services. Solutions Hub is one of the teams which sits within Engage; we are responsible for pricing, implementation, solutions, and onboarding for our multiple services. We support internal sales teams such as Support Services and Network and Security Specialists by providing timely and accurate quotes, answers to queries, and general support.

As a member of our Solutions Hub team, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating quote requests, renewals, orders, and contracts. You will work closely with various teams, including Support Services, Networking and Security Specialists, Purchasing, Service Delivery Managers, our Operations Centre, and Third-Party Partners. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing quotes, handling queries, maintaining contract information, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of new contracts and renewals.

We require an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We also require strong communication skills to effectively coordinate key deliverables across multiple teams, which will ensure a seamless process from quote creation to operational support.

As Services Engagement Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing quotes for the multiple services we offer within Solutions Hub
• Responsible for quote creation and renewal quotes
• Order creation for new and existing customer
• Provide inventory reports to sales upon request
• Build rapport with sales and manage opportunities from the point of quote creation through to live operational support

We'd love you to have:

• Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with professionalism, patience and a "customer-first" attitude
• A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build and sustain strong internal relationships
