Support the growth of our Partner Alliance team.
As Sales Manager for Partner Alliance, you'll be accountable for performance against budget and employee satisfaction of the team. To help deliver this you'll be responsible for owning the strategy of the business unit, before working with the your teams to implement these strategies.
As Partner Alliance Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Create and own a high-performing, inclusive culture that promotes recognition, ambition, autonomy, and high employee satisfaction.
- Coach, develop, and manage senior team leaders to drive strong performance and behaviours through clear communication and continuous feedback.
- Act as a senior point of contact for customers, sales teams, and partners to maintain strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex people, customer, and operational issues internally and externally, deputising for your line manager when required.
- Own delivery of local or divisional strategy, including budget performance, forecasting, cost management, and driving growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with peers and internal departments while developing diverse talent pipelines to strengthen future leadership.
